Registration

We will be using SignUpMaster for our registration system. There are four steps in the registration process:

  1. Enter your basic information. Add additional people in your group, if you are registering more than yourself. You can add up to 3 additional people.

  2. Select a registration type. A $5 processing fee is added to all registrations.

    • Registration - Multiple Day, Adult, $150
    • Registration - Single Day, Adult, $75
    • Registration - Multiple Day, College Student, $60
    • Registration - Single Day, College Student, $30
    • Registration - Life Member, $100
    • Registration - Students through High School, $10
    • Registration - Field Trip Leaders and Staff, $30

  3. Enter Participant(s) contact information.

  4. Review your registration(s), review terms and conditions, select form of payment and submit your registration.

Registration Tips:

Use the Registration worksheet, along with the Program and Field Trip Information to make your selections. Below is the Registration worksheet to aid you in entering your information in a timely manner. Registration Worksheet PDF
Register for your highest priority trips to have the best chance of securing your spot. Please have alternate choices in mind in case your selected trip is full.

Use the “Previous” and “Next” buttons on the online registration form. DO NOT use the back button on your browser. This may cause you to lose your registration.

The registration system times out if you are idle for 30 minutes or more and your registration will be deleted. This means that you will need to click “Next” or “Add to Cart” or move from page to page, in order to stay active.

We are using PayPal to process your payments. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay for the symposium. Once you arrive at the PayPal payment screen, simply click on the gray box at the bottom of the screen that says “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”.

Registering as a Group:

Proceed with Step One, and enter the basic information for the lead person of the group. If you register as a group, the system will only accept one credit card. Select the additional number of members in your group, up to 3 additional individuals.

Step Two, select a day, then select the event for each participant, on that day. You all sign up for the same event or individualize your selections. After you make you selections for the day, click Register/Add to Cart.

Please pay close attention to the message for each attendee after clicking Register/Add to Cart. If the Field Trip is full, there will be a red error message and the trip will not be added to your registration. Contact the registrar if you would like to be added to a Waitlist.

Repeat these steps for the other events, meals, donations and merchandise. A summary will appear at the bottom of the page.

Waitlist:

If a particular field trip is full, and you or someone in your group is not enrolled in that trip, consider selecting a second choice, then complete your registration. Then, email or call Susie Nishio (916-212-1659) about being placed on a Waitlist.

Registration Assistance:

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations made by telephone or email on or before November 1, 2023, will result in a refund of fees paid, less $20.00 administrative fee for each registrant. Refunds will be processed by the Registrar after the symposium.

No refunds will be made for cancellations afer November 1, 2023, or for no-shows. The CVBS reserves the right to cancel any event for any reason, and you will receive a full refund for any paid event whlie we cancel.
